We love RAFT and all that it provides our family. We enjoy camping, and our horses. Plus when we have time we fish, golf and hike. WOW what a wonderful camping experience!

We are new members as of May 2010 and appreciate the warm welcome we received upon joining. Everyone is so friendly and the facility is just great. A good place to get away for the weekend. Our grandkids love it and don't want to go home.

Just wanted to say THANK YOU for another great Haunted Tral, and dinner. Thanks to everyone that helped and worked it. Took lots of time, and hard work, but it paid off as one of the best yet. Next year will be even better.

It has been a pure pleasure to live next to a golf course for the last 22 years. So many very friendly, courtious, & interesting folks. Every person young & old are inspired by the many things to do at our family reunions at RAFT. That says alot for the CARE TAKERS of RAFT. We have a lot of fun while setting up and playing volley ball, at one of our family reunions. I believe we done just about everything except play horse shoes. That will be scheduled next year. One time as I was tending my garden in the spring, I over heard a couple golfers talking, and one fellow said " you know this isn't a bad sport if you can keep the ball between the hedge rows. That made me laugh alot as I will never forget it. Sometimes we go for walks and if Alice or I notice trash we always try to pick it up and help keep the place neat and clean as we go. Mary Ann, Del, Jerry,Dayna, and others Keep up the good work. Gary & Alice Howard

RAFT IS GREAT!!!!!! Looking forward to the coming year with our kids, grand kid and great-grand kids(soon to be 3). We come to Raft for a few hours or a few days. Which ever we can squeeze in. Most evenings we can set out side in the evening and watch the wild turkeys in the field back of our site.

I can across your website and had a question. If my family were to join raft, is it possible to rent horse to ride and how much does it cost to board a horse(s). Thank you, Duane Milsap

I just joined last year and I have learned when it is cold at my house, it is not as cold at RAFT, and when it is hot at my house, it is not at hot at RAFT. I think nature is wonderful and makes everything in life feel better. I have enjoyed camping, hiking, cookouts, golf, the wonderful Board Dinners, the delicious Campers Potlucks and had fun at Bingo at the Campers' meeting. On my hikes and nature hunts I have seen wonderful birds, wild turkeys, turtles, several kinds of fish and best of all, deer. Since I can't retire yet, I was told to practice for retirement, so I am doing this at Raft and have added camping, cooking out, hiking, golfing, biking, boating and fishing to my life in the last year. I love it. Thanks to all who are working to keep RAFT a wonderful place!!
